As a Personal Caregiver with Bayshore, your work centers around helping clients with daily tasks and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients within their homes and communities.

- Provide companionship and emotional support, accompanying clients to community activities or events.

Qualifications
- A genuine desire to improve the lives of others through caregiving.
- Prior experience in community care or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Completion of an accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education and experience.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes and community locations.
- Knowledge of community care practices and the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs and perform light housekeeping.
